Looks change how people perceive you but at the same time these places and the looksmaxxing community in general are toxic and make it seem as if the world will fall to your feet and the jinn will grant you infinite desires just because of being good looking, when in reality you just keep being a human being.

A lot of people invest so much into looks that once they reach a point they refuse to reject their delusion that it wasn’t that big or important as they thought it was going to be, and that their expectatives were too high for what they got in return. The best attitude in life always is to maximize yourself in all fields possible, while at the same time being completely indifferent to that which can't be controlled and other external factors.
