It's more of a demographic based cycle, you guys happen to be the highest % of poor people in America, which leads to poor people things like theft, violence, and things of the sort result in poor prefrontal cortex development as you may have heard used as an insult or not before. However this is real and you guys do seem to have a bit of a heightened limbic activity side to it as well (talking/yelling very quickly without stuttering thing you guys are good at) but honestly that's fixable if a black person truly wants for it. Don't worry this happens among wiggers as well, it's just a brain development issue that is glorified in music, movies, whatever tf else there is I can't think of atm all under the guise of it being "from the hood". I honestly blame the government for not doing better and most likely purposefully trying to keep unrest among the people so that we're too focused on what word not to call someone rather than the shady shit they're doing at the higher levels
