White women are polite because they're very social, any social woman is very slutty.

Ethnic women on the other hand refrain from talking to stranger men, which is a good thing. In all the conservative countries, you won't see women smiling at random men and greeting them nicely. In the west, it is typical of only white women to be very social and open towards chatting to men they don't know. The ethnic women are less social in the west.
