eyebrows
buy 5% minoxidil off Amazon for £25
buy a syringe for £3
£25 = 60ml
0.15ml on each eyebrow once a day
8 month supply for £28 (including syringe)
dye eyebrows (optional) for around £15
eyelashes
0.05ml on each eyelash once a day (use cotton buds)
8 month supply for around £9
or
lattise which is an FDA approved product for eyelash growth - has been shown to increase thickness by 106%, length by 25% and darkness by 18% - it’s hard to get your hands on but I have a plug which is 3 months for £70 which is the cheapest you are going to find without a prescription
skincare
literally just get a simple routine. a very effective, cheap routine would be:
skintific 5x ceramide cleanser - £10
backuchol + squalene solution - £20 (retinol alternative)
illyoon ceramide ato cleanser - £10
personally I’d use a high quality gradual tan which you can get for like £15
if you want to pin, use melanotan 1 not melanotan 2
- if you struggle with hair idk what to tell you. most people can just let their hair be natural. if it’s super straight get a very slight perm. if there’s bad texture, do your own research and find a simple hair product. same goes with your teeth, literally just brush twice a day and floss if you’d like
