So there was this girl who was obsessing over me. Like following me on street and blushing etc. I did not interacted with her but I was kinda happy to get attraction from females. Turns out she(13) is 3 years younger than me (16).

I have noticed so many young teen girls shooting for much older guys.

do you think they are attracted just because the fact that the male is older or the male has to be somewhat attractive as well?
