Wrong, that’s subjective. There’s ugly white girls and hot black girls. There’s annoying white girls and quiet black girls. It’s a spectrum, people don’t act within one box of set traits. From personal experience I can confirm that white girls are equally as annoying, just in a different way (black girls are ratchet and aggressive, white girls are immature and don’t take things seriously)

it goes beyond just looks, you need someone cultural compatible for you with a similar world view lifestyle and experiences to make it work.
