Why arent famous, rich people just doing hair transplants?

I dont get it. So many celebrities struggle with hair loss, hop on fin or duta instead of doing a hair transplant. And I get that your hair keeps falling out, but it doesnt happen overnight. These people have enough money to get a hair transplant every few years. So why arent they doing that?
Thats actually my plan for the future. I bald, but very slow, so when it gets noticeable I get a transplant and then wait another 5 years or so.
