The reasons are quite simple. First of all, unironically, the English level of the average French is so low that they are much less present in all these english-speaking multinational communities, then, because it is important to know, France has always been a caste country where people are divided according to their communities, family or financial affiliations and thus interact with these microscoms for the rest of their lives, so hypergamy is much less amplified than in degenerative miasmas like the US, obviously the message of the blackpill is still circulating in France thanks to the influence of the meme culture which is still well established there, moreover Tinder France is a complete mess which highlights the consequences of the French classicism which was until now only tacit among the population, all the middle class/upclass girls aim at guys with a high pedigree and totally abandon guys who have nothing to offer, all this accumulated frustration inevitably invites them to be interested in blackpill themes yes, but that's as far as it goes.

Ok so maybe it's the same reason the forum is overweight on Indians in India - language bias?? All Indians speak English, so even fobs like @USER0213 or @justinzayn are smart enough to think globally, hence they want to compare to global standards like momoa or Zayn or Hemsworth, rather than coping domestically??

I've lived in France for a year and speak French and I'd argue that England (where I'm from) and the rest of Europe the NT pill matters more.
