Black people are black because of their ethnic background. Not all of them are the same black. Its not because of melanin of how they look, its about their shared ethnic background.
But because some black people share a ethnic group with a genotype that seems to have evolved in a way that makes them more violent. A ethnic black person is more violent because of that. Its like certain dog breeds that kills children because they were bred with violent tendencies. This proves that behaviour is entirely genetic. Our society has ignored that behaviour is a genetic factor that is genetically inherited. You are a bad person because of choices you made, but the reason you made that choice is because of how your brain works. The same person could be raised in the same way, same life treatement but if one of the two has a genetic difference that makes their brain work differently. The difference in brain chemistry will make them have two different lives, the one that has a fucked up brain genetic may start to become a psycopath. This guy couldve been raised with the best life and still end up like this. Thats why black people are always more violent and less educated. Realistically its filled with thousands of ethnics groups and all of them share different behaviour. Maybe some black societies are less violent, but again it is true because of ethnics background. This map proves my point. Places with less crimes are groupes together because of shared genetic background. I don't know, it actually makes sense, for example in Latin America, the absolute majority of murders come from criminals killing each other in drug wars. These poor countries in africa dont have these drug markets i think, I'm not sure but I think a lot of them are dictatorships. It all depends on genetics. In asia in some part of philippine people live in trash with one of the poorest life condition yet some of these places have low murder rates. While country with better life and wealth are gonna have higher crime rates.

Poor white people are simply the bottom of the genetic pool and have genetics that make them harder to accumulate wealth. Its also why in any economic society, poor people will always exist due to genetics not making everyone the same.

It depends on each country, but for example, Africans who go to the United States are not violent at all, the same with the majority of black Latinos, they are generally more gentle, (that's why it took them longer to be released in Brazil, for example)
