This is the diet I would do if I had access to blood however I don't have a source.
You'll be drinking as much as you want in a day, 1L, 2L, or 5L doesnt matter, as much as you want. Beef blood is ideal imo
The benefits would be
-Quick fat loss
-Red complexion skin, red undertones
-Skin improves
-Hair gets better
-Your T increases and many other hormones start getting to where they should be
-Perfect digestion
-Debloated at all times
