Let’s be real: bonesmashing is pure cope.
The idea that u can hit your face repeatedly and somehow “reshape” your bone structure into a chad jawline is not just unproven it’s borderline delusional and is very retarded and low iq
Here’s why:
1. Bone density doesn’t equal bone reshaping
Yes, bones can remodel under specific, controlled conditions (orthodontics, trauma, etc.) but random impact doesn’t guide that process. You’re not forging a statue you’re just risking nerve damage and swelling.
2. Zero scientific backing (my fav)
There is no peer-reviewed evidence that bonesmashing make aesthetically better facial structure. Every legit medical source would say you’re more likely to cause microfractures, hematomas, or long-term damage than improvement JFLL
3. It’s desperation disguised as “grindset”
Let’s be honest most guys who start bonesmashing are deep in looks despair. And instead of improving their style, fitness, posture, grooming, or social skills, they start punching themselves in the face (very retarded decision btw). It’s not dedication it’s PURE denial.
4. You’re not healing like a caveman
The “caveman bones were thicker because of trauma” argument is cope too. Cavemen also died at 30 and didn’t care about jawlines. u’re not recreating evolution ur just giving yourself facial edema and wasting your time.
5. It distracts from real solutions
Ur better off:
STOP NORMALIZING IT IT IS PURE COPE

Ur better off:
- Cutting to 10–12% body fat
- Trying mewing (which is at least low-risk)
- Looking into fillers, implants, or surgery if you’re truly unhappy
- Fixing posture, haircut, skin, etc.
