Why boxing/any sort of martial arts > gym

1. You can actually defend yourself - Imagine you went out with your friends or even worse your gf and some dude just bumps to you and starts to be more and more aggressive for no reason. With martial arts training you always have some sort of confidence In these types of situations doesn't matter if you are gonna fight or no in this situation you have control because you know in the worst scenario if shit gets down you can actually defend yourself.

2. You are more respected - Dudes will respect you more and it looks badass to girls whoever says it's false is just coping. Girls want someone who will protect them, not someone who all he knows is to lifts weights and when he gets into uncomfortable aggressive situation for him just to shit his pants scared as i said In the previous point (I have seen this irl multiple times).

3. Helps you lean out - the classic pumped up with muscle body is male gazed asf + you appear like a tryhard, with boxing/kickboxing/muay thai etc. your body is actually athletic and agile and you are lean which is female gazed. All that coping about "gym helps with frame" is a fucking cope you need several years to gain ANY bideltoid. You either have a good frame or not doesn't matter so might as well put that time to boxing instead of trying to gain 1 inch of bideltoid which is barely noticeable irl.

Yeah but I can't access boxing classes, gyms are available everywhere lmao
