Why can I never make progress when it comes to bodybuilding?

Well, I don't track my weight or my calories.

But even when I try to get lean or build muscle I literally see no results.

Maybe I'm just not consistent?

Ion feel pumps tho, it's so fucking shit having a skinny body that isn't defined or lean with a fat face
You need to eat lots of protein and calories

genetics (low t),this is also the reason you fap to cuck porn 3 times a day. I suggest injecting asap to have some reasonable chance at any bones whatsoever and muscles

1. you need to estimate calories, how do you know you are eating enough or too much depending on your goals?
2. you need to record sets/reps/weight in your phone so you know you are making progress weekly
3. count protein intake daily so you hit your goals

After a while you don't need to do any of this and it just becomes natural. Lastly, stop skipping workouts. Consistency long term will bring results.
