Those features stand out more visually compared to facial structure which tends to look similar across most ethnicities. Good lighting also helps make eyes pop, so take pics with natural light if possible. Practice makes perfect though - keep analyzing different faces regularly and you'll develop your own instincts for what works best on each individual based on their unique features
