idk why J.K rowling would do that. she is probably having to live by her word as she mentioned that on twitter in the past. The trans community coming after probably doesn't help the situation either.

it's not a huge deal though. i don't mind if they cast a black girl for the role. it doesn't make that much of a difference in my eyes. the story is more important to me than the color of the characters skin.
