Am I just boneless ? I’m hella lean too like probably 10-11%
Yes btw I have tried the potassium to sodium and everything for debloat and it hasn’t made a difference at all for me

Of course bro here:

Triceps and Biceps
- Rope push downs
- Regular Dumbbell curls
- Triceps push down machine
- Hammer curls
- Skullcrushers (on incline / close grip)
- Preacher or Spider curls

Back
- warmup with pull-ups, use assistance if needed
- Lat pulldowns
- One armed dumbbell rows
- Row machine

Chest/Shoulders
- Flat dumbbell bench press
- Incline dumbbell bench press
- Dumbbell shoulder press
- Pec deck machine (superset chest flies and rear delt flies)
- Shoulder superset (lateral raises, dumbbells rear delt flies and front raises)
- Cable flies (low to high)

Legs
- Barbell Squats
- Bulgarian Split Squats
- Leg curls
- Leg extension
- Calve raises

I always do 2 sets to failure for each of these. After this it’s rest day and repeat. I also do 20 minutes of cardio 7 incline and 3.5 speed before each workout or I play some tennis. If only it changed my face too Jfl but hopefully this helps u get the physique you want

Nah man you’re right I appreciate the honesty. Do you think my other features r good? I usually get compliments on my hair, eyes, nose, skin and stuff it’s just my structure holding me back from what I’ve seen at least.

Mostly genetics. Unlucky fat distribution and lack of bones (zygomatic) is the issue. Now mark my reply as the solution goy 👃

🤣 I’m Persian bro . But yea do u think some of it will go away by the time I’m 25 or do I need the buccal fat removal and zygomatic implant

Yeah man definitely ur not very masculine due to bone mass but you built yourself a crazy good physique and face wise you still have good appeal imo go to the beach one day shirtless and you’ll be getting any number you want and will definitely be approached

Feminine and soft face has gotten me a good amount of compliments and I get approached at the mall occasionally but from what I understand— this niche appeal would only last me a few years until I’m in my 20s and people prefer masculine features. I think at that time I can hopefully grow a beard and create the illusion of some forward growth if I couldn’t do implants. I would feel ashamed doing implants honestly since I’d feel that everything good about my appearance would be attributed to me getting implants so it leaves me in a dead end where I don’t know what to do.

If you think you’ll do best natty without implants go for it the beard would definitely save you depending on beard genetics and how old are you?

I’m 18 but I think I’m a late bloomer my dad is so hairy there’s no way I wouldn’t be able to grow a beard eventually unless I’m really unlucky

Genetics are weird like that man I recommend you take action now and rub minoxidil on your beard area and start micro needling your face also when you’re older go for a shorter hairstyle but don’t stress buddy you look good
