Why can’t I fall asleep?

Whenever I go to bed Im just in there for 2-3 hours struggling to fall asleep. I usually go to bed at 2am and wake up at 1-2pm. I even took melatonin at like 1am and my head felt heavy but I still couldn’t fall asleep. I tried melatonin a couple of times now (from 2mg to 4mg) and it didn’t help me, maybe even made it worse.
 
wake up early one day, and immediately get out of bed and take a piss, then go outside into the sun. This helps your body with its circadian rhythm. Make sure to drink alot of water through out the day and dont eat like shit. Eat clean. Do some excercise, whether thats working out or doing cardio, preferably both, and by the end of the day you should be tired. Hope this helps
