Why cant I force myself to starvemaxx more?

Gosh it was so fucking easy when I was a fatass...

I started at 93 Kg (height was 179cm at that time) and I reached 70kg when I was 180.6 cm

For last 5 Months Ive maintained my weight between 68-70Kg Going up and down on some days.
Kinda paused with all aggressive starving and kept going to the gym.

Around 2 Months ago I reached 64.4 Especially when I was sick and my face got less puffy but still not lean enough like you'd expect.
Im back at aroun 67-78

NOW I CANT LOCK IN
Sure I cant track but once again when I was a fatass it was easier. Why not now???

When you were fat, your body was burning the excess fat in heaps to use as fuel so you probably didn't feel any of the negative energy side effects other than temptation. Now that your at a weight that's around average (150lbs at 5'11 is probably below average weight tbh) your body has almost nothing to burn other then the minimal fat which doesn't provide lots of energy.
Make sure you recalculated your daily cals after losing weight.
Also why do you want to lose weight at 150lbs 5'11? If you still look like shit at this weight you need to gain more muscle, this is already a lean weight.

im at the point where I care abt the face more than body rn. My face is less puffy when my electrolytes are good but ofcs any bloat is from fat. I wanna reach 6 or 8%. Any way any how. Luckily Ik a guy ❤️

all love brother but if your at 140lbs 5'11 and your face is carrying a ton of fat, your genetics fucked you over.
if your willing to go to any lengths just use reta tbh

Your body plateaued and is making it hard for you to resist. This is plain stupid imo. Don’t starve yourself, eating a nutrient dense diet and being on a caloric deficit would do you a world of good. Focus on nutrients and high amounts of protein to maintain your muscle mass (assuming you have any left), strength train, do cardio, get enough hours of sleep, go outside and you’ll slowly but surely see the monumental progress being made. (Also if you’re a teenager or in your very early twenties, stop what you’re doing immediately)

Im not starving like I used to. I eat at maintance or slight defecit (200KL) on gym days. on rest days (Tuesdays and thursdays) like 600 or 1000 calories

I wasnt in like an aggressive deficit at least for 2 months. I used to fast n shit thinking it would help but its all about energy defecit lol. I can anything as long as in defecit

People fast for the wrong reasons. I get why the ulterior drive behind fasting is usually weight loss. But really fasting isn’t some sort of magical method that’ll make you lose pounds miraculously, it just restricts you to a smaller eating window which in return, makes you subconsciously eat less calories (CICO), there’s nothing magical about that. If you want to fast, do it for the right reasons otherwise you won’t stick to it. I say a regulated diet, balance and exercise are key to losing fat and getting in wonderful shape without sacrificing inner fulfillment.
