Why can’t I gain weight

Im 14 5’10 and 126 lbs i cant gain weight no matter how much I eat and I’ve tried bulking clean and dirty and it’s like my metabolism speeds up when I eat more to counter it because I was 130 when I started to try and bulk then when I started eating more I lost weight and went down to barely 120 I wanted to take mk but it’s risky and if I got caught with it I’d be in so much trouble

just eat more if you really cant take mk

Try ACTUALLY counting calories for a week straight. You'll see you don't actually eat as much as you think you do

I have not seen a more retarded thread in a while.

If you are not gaining weight, then you are not eating in a caloric surplus

you are lying to yourself, you are not 'bulking'

Try ACTUALLY counting calories for a week straight. You'll see you don't actually eat as much as you think you do
I have been counting for about a month now getting at least 3.5 k a day
 
I eat constantly i get 3.5 thousand calories a day that’s as much as I can handle
your lapping then if your saying your not gaining any weight. If you eat 3.5 thousand calories a day consistently I PROMISE that you will gain weight.

Counting how? Like eyeballing or actually looking at the label and doing the math?
Good point I haven’t been looking at labels I’ve just been going on averages for the type of food it is ur the only one that has mentioned that thank you
