Why cant i get a job

im 14 living in the netherlands and i have applied to at least 12 different jobs at different grocery stores across my area and every single store has just rejected me without an explanation or an interview whilst all my friends ARE getting hired so what do i do? Change my strategy or just keep trying(im running out of grocery stores)

And brother, 12 is nothing, In nyc I apply for over 100 jobs to get one interview.

Also, your 14, although the legal age, your hours are limited and Nobody is gonna hire you.

Lil bro i live (in a relatively remote village) in the netherlands and took me 40 applications to land a proper job, it takes time also I am 19yo too

I dont suggest working at 14 at all, your hourly wage is barely enough to buy a some candy for 4-5€. If you must, what helped me is I mailed some companies right after my sollicitatie to show I am interested.

Ask your friends to recommend you or ask them how they got their jobs, plus a lot of people lie on resumes and about experience to get hired and it works (educational purposes only)
