Why cant i get a job

im 14 living in the netherlands and i have applied to at least 12 different jobs at different grocery stores across my area and every single store has just rejected me without an explanation or an interview whilst all my friends ARE getting hired so what do i do? Change my strategy or just keep trying(im running out of grocery stores)

They do hire 14 year olds. But most likely won’t. OP should wait until he’s 15.

How old are those friends.

And brother, 12 is nothing, In nyc I apply for over 100 jobs to get one interview.

Also, your 14, although the legal age, your hours are limited and Nobody is gonna hire you.
