Why can't non-white socialists just admit they are merely racial nationalists?

Instead of hiding behind some gay bullshit like marxism/socialism etc? It's just painfully obvious that these groups are just generic nationalist identitarians except that for some reason they just don't want to use words like nationalism to describe themselves. Their ideas have nothing to do with those of marx, because marx rejected nationalism and if asked would not have considered all of these various "socialist" identitarian movements based on race to be marxist since they reject the notion that workers are a single group in favor of a more nationalistic race conflict view of the world.

Do they just find the term nationalism dirty or something? Why not cut the bullshit and just say what they want to say?
