I agree, I think most people on this website are very misguided and just follow obscure advice that has psedoscience evidence. I think if you were really the guy who your trying to become you would just adopt the same thought process as the guy your trying to be to come to similar results with little effort. Most looksmaxxers are copying the results without just being.
