Why can’t we increase medial canthlus length?

It seems pretty easy, stretch the skin on your nasal bridge inwards, it will make the medial Canthal longer.

I feel like a surgeon can stretch the soft issue here and place a implant that would keep it in place

Tell me why bro, explain the anatomy why
You know how you can tell something but can’t explain it. Thats because youre average iq or slightly above average. Thats me rn.

I think Salludon achieved this:

1731550197452

Or it might be a perceived effect from him reducing his PFH solely.
If I had to guess the answer would be injecting fat on the inner parts of the eyebrow, sides of glabella

He got infra orbital implants and some kind of lower eyelid retraction. It doesn’t actually change the medical canthlus it just makes the lower eyelid higher up which makes the medical canthlus look more prominent

Tag me bro. They look very different. Maybe it’s the lower eyelid retraction that gives the perception

I fraud a lil bit with black eye pencil to make it longer and more close set

Filler in eyebrows for uee decently in both sides stretches medial canthal

i think medial canthus length(specifically downturned ones) comes from a combination of orbital length and thickness, and upper nose bridge depth

imagine doing your idea of an operation on this asian fella. it would look super uncanny. i think medial canthus length is a complex feature, doing any sort of surgical work on it would need rubiks cube tier of work to pull off

I think it msotly comes from orbital shape, and I actually think LOWER prominent nasal bridge causes the downward medial canthusb

Would Bonesmashing nasal bridge work to improve medial canthus? Jfl
