maxilla is way more important bone functionally and in harder place to work on and it connects to so many other parts of your face etc idk if it would be easy you wouldnt ask cause there would simply already be surgeries for it

Makes sense. Wouldn't a Lefort3 unironically shorten the midface? Can't they move the maxilla up, not just forward?
