Why couldn’t I be born with discipline

Like yea being ugly sucks but having no self control, motivation, or discipline is just depressing

I literally can’t make myself stick to anything it’s horrible

I haven’t been to the gym in like a month and I have a state wide competition in 6 days. I’m dying on this diet only 3 days in. I can’t make myself do school work.
