I think it is mostly his eye area not sure if fat loss and also his mouth/lips especially upper lip thinning. How is this possible? Just slightly older than Cavill who does not look nearly as bad and much younger than when Pitts looks started to really go downhill (did not happen until his 50s).

Actually convinces me that upper lip aging is the worst. If your lips age faster than normal you start looking so incredibly old fuck. Obviously heavy collagen loss too. Like Chico his looks only lasted for his early to mid 20s absolutely brutal.
