Why did I change skin tone and pheno?

So to start off, when I was younger (almost 2 years ago), my skin, despite being curry, was about as light as the average Caucasian. I don’t know what it was, but I was born with that exact skin tone and had it throughout my entire life so far. And then suddenly, right as I hit puberty, my skin tones started to change. I am much darker now with weird undertones and look much more currycel. I don’t know what could’ve caused this, as there are a variety of things that I started doing around this time. Are there any steps I could take to reverse this or Atleast Partially salvage my pheno?
Here are something’s I started doing around this time
- Fapping
- Drinking less water
- going outside in the sun less (ironically)
- unhealthy diet (less fruits)
