Why did I have pct up until 5 years old

I literally looked perfect up until about 5 where I had pct then my eyes got negative? How does this happen?

completely normal. because of mouthbreathing over time faces get longer, cheekbones get lower and narrower, the jaws become more and more downward grown. just look at old pictures of celebrities for example.

People are coping hard here, nobody is going from PCT to NCT during his life.

Often people think they have gotten NCT because they are looking at there absolutely lens distorded pics from the front camera of their phone + they are looking downard at their phone and that they pic that a family member took years ago with a decent camera is less lens distored, that's all.

Mouth breathing is not really impacting eye area.

No pics, but could be do to alterations in fat pads and mouth breathing or sleeping with your mouth open

Downward maxillary growth causing your orbital vectors to angle down causing nct.
Can also be due to skin perhaps you had eczema around your eyes or something which caused skin to sag like mine.

Look closely it's hard to go from PCT to NCT unless your very old,

just look in the mirror and don't rely on pictures

Nct is the putter lower corner lower than the inner corner right? It’s slightly lower. Nothing crazy but it’s there. Lower lid and cantho could probly help my case
