Why did my eye area and facial thirds get so much worse(my old self kinda mogs me currently)

already looking for a job, but im tryna see how much i can get for free, i think realisticly i could get a marpe/bimax for free if i really push for it, that leaves orbital decompression and bone graphting left, but ima have to work my ass off, worth it though.

how is it not realistic though? bone graphting/marpe/trimax would do that, the bone grafting would get me the browridge. plus i could hop on test and bonesmash to try and get it more.

it appears to me your maxilla grew entirely downward, its completely brutal and unfortunate, the maxilla holds your infraorbital region by its balls, so bad expansion could bring it to a negative degree, and same w ur gonail angle (no ramus dev+downward midface growth=bad gonial angle)

yh did u see my before and after eye area, those retractions messed me up, i got an older brother with perfect teeth and his eye area is lhtn or hmtn , way better then mine. and mine coulda been like his if i didnt get those retractions and my maxilla didnt screw me over

wrong mentality.
first of all no surgeon is going to give you a bimax or trimax for free, that's only for people who have diagnosed sleep apnea.
and even then insurance covered jaw surgery is bluepilled, they will advance your jaw very conservatively, like 2mm max for function and breathing and call it a day, done thats it.
what you need are full facial implants + trimax at the very least, ideally lefort II but you're not getting that shit
why would you bone graft? you're recessed you need implants there, cutting bone off the back of your head and adding that shit on your infras and on your mandible doesn't work and its retarded
you need volume.. structure.
If you want good cosmetic surgery you have to pay for it, start saving up now and maybe a few years you'll have the money saved up to get it
its not happening anytime soon realistically, go get a job and worry about this later
this is real advice, not even to mention your morph is very unrealistic and best case scenario you will not nearly as good as that

im going to show em how my side/infra orbital rim support/facial thirds. was way better before and that now i need corrective surgery(ill make the case that everything grew badly cause of retractions)
my pallete is narrow and i have nose breathing issues so me getting it for free might not be imposible, but they can take bone from somwhere and add it to my mandible, similar to a wrap around jaw implant but with your own bone, also again what about the morph is unachivable

but thanks for the advice ima start saving up.
