why did my former male teacher add his female students on Facebook?

There was this guy at my elementary school who taught special Ed class. One day I found him commenting on one of my female classmates pictures.

Also one time a female student got hacked by a friend and uploaded a Facebook status that read “why does my vagina smell like fish?” and the male teacher commented this:

“ohhh looks like someone got hacked ”

Why did he wink?
