Is that a joke or legit
Kinda legit. In women it is correlated, in men I am not sure. Who cares some androgyny is attractive in men.

A west black no matter how low his estrogen is, will still have huge lips. A white full of estrogen will still have thin lips.
Doesn't mean variation within phenotype can't be hormonal. There's a reason fuller lips are seen as more feminine, women more often have them.

Yes.
I am white yet my lips are nigger tier. Also the differences between members of the same race or even the same family are often not due to genetics. Take two indentical twins and expose one to a more estrogenic enviorment and one to a less estrogenic and you will see a noticable difference.

Yes but it's subtle. That's what I meant.

I've noticed mouth breathers develop big fluffy lips with no form.

I meant a white phenotype like this:

She is a female with an amount of estrogens no men could achieve, yet has thin lips.

Variations between family members could perfectly be genetic, just like eye colour usually differs in family members.

As to the estrogenic environment exposure, it could make a change, but I doubt it's very noticeable.

Genetics or whatever. Same happened to mine

It is a deformity I agree.

You keep claiming any lip fullness that comes from estrogen would be barely noticable. Yet if it is so impercetible how come we came to be attracted to it just like women are to height for example? Also studies show a corelation between estrogen and traditional feminine features like full lips and big ass and tits. I don't see the point of your cope.

I don't like big lips.

But let's say the average man does. People are also very attracted to blue eyes. And what's the exact evolutionary function of them that makes them attractive???

Almost all people prefer straight leptorrhinic caucasian noses. Do they have any clear biological advantage that other noses don't have? No, it just looks better to our eyes.
And so on and so on.

If you could go ahead and list those studies of lips changing with hormones.

It's in not a cope. I have normal lips.

I am far too lazy to manually dig through stuff now. Here js what chat gpt says:

Here’s what the science and real-world reports say:

🔬 Scientific Studies

1. St Andrews attractiveness study, 2005

Researchers found that women judged attractive—specifically those with larger eyes and fuller lips—had higher urinary estrogen levels during their menstrual cycle. Higher estrogen was also linked to fuller cheeks, hips, and buttocks .

2. Johnston & Franklin (1993) on facial attractiveness

This study noted that one hormone marker of female fertility and femininity is lip fullness, likely due to estrogen-driven fat deposition in the lips .

3. Literature review on estrogen & skin

A 2018 review found correlations between circulating estrogen and “enhanced skin health, perceived age, attractiveness, facial coloration,” which includes effects on collagen and dermal fullness—presumably impacting lip volume .

4. **PubMed clinical study (2008)**

It determined that lip color and sebum were hormonally dependent, influenced by estrogen and hormone replacement in menopausal women—but didn’t directly measure size .

5. **Lip morphology and attractiveness survey (2023)**

Among 700 women aged 18–35, those with fuller lips (greater vertical height and surface area) were rated more attractive .

---

🧬 Hormonal Mechanisms

Estrogen promotes fat deposition, collagen, and vascularization in the lips—supporting fullness, color, and firmness .

As women age or go through menopause and estrogen declines, lips can thin, lose volume, and darken .

---

💬 Anecdotal Reports (HRT Community)

Many transgender women report lip changes during estrogen hormone therapy:

> “My lips have definitely gotten a bit bigger on HRT… My bottom lip got noticeably more plump and … my top lip … developed a more prominent cupid’s bow.”
“My lips are fuller and redder … yes, estrogen does this 100%.”
“Other than the breast growth, the lips seem to be changing really dramatically… I feel like I've gained a plump upper lip.”

These anecdotal experiences, while not clinical trials, align with the biological mechanisms above.

---

✅ Summary

There is evidence—both from peer-reviewed studies and mechanistic understanding—that higher estrogen levels correlate with fuller, plumper lips in women:

Direct studies: St Andrews (2005), Johnston & Franklin (1993), and lip morphology surveys.

Biological plausibility: Estrogen enhances lip fat, collagen, and blood flow.

Anecdotes from trans women on HRT: consistent personal reports of increased lip fullness.

While more direct, controlled studies measuring lip fullness vs hormone levels would strengthen the case, the current evidence strongly supports the link.

or hormone-related changes in other facial features? Happy to dig deeper!
