Why did my under eye dark circles started being more noticable when i achieved pale skin. Any fix on this?

When i changed my stupid ahh skin to becoming more pale my dark circles started getting more noticeable to other people. My circadian rhythm is fine and i sleep 10 hours sometimes 9. Is this because of the change in the skin or what
