Why did nature make Elvish/white/proto-white genes not dominant

Why did the universe do it like this?

Why all beauty and power genes being recessive to the point it can go extinct?

Just imagine nature creates ugly blacks and curry abos their genes super dominant to the point the whole world becomes a hell full of orcs.

They are. I have 35-40% proto-White genes but still look ethnic. The only time I looked sorta white was when I was a teen
