I live in USA also if you have sleep apnea you can get a sleep study diagnosed to get your Bimax covered by insurance thats what I'm doing currently

My only problem is my sub human skull only 21.8 inch in circumference which is under average in the US
Also jaw is shit and need nose job and skin lightening

Only a retard would think personality has 0 impact
it's just that looks are way more important, in other words: if you're like PSL 4.5+ you can be perceived as more attractive thanks to personality, if you're PSL 4 or lower personality has no value, and if you're PSL 6+ you can be a legit child rapist and still smash.
 
In all cases, however, being fun/pleasant is a great bonus.

Because mainstream bluepilled society overhypes "personality and confidence" while downplaying looks.
Looks are a lot more important to build attraction, but personality, style, and confidence also play a (smaller) part.

I think its underrated here. Its like some nomrie people act like children and just wana look 10/10 so they wont have to change their shitty personality or have any self reflection.

High psl + shy = mysterious or sweet

And beyond that there’s traits people apply to you that are 100% just based on looks, like having masculine bones means you’re “confident”

I totally agree, but if you are attractive and also interesting you can have a lot more power in interpersonal interactions than if you were just an extremely handsome autist.
