Nervous system. Your nervous system is what fires your motor neurons which helps you use more muscle fibres which leads to more force being produced basically.

That’s why people can be strong as fuck but not big like bodybuilders as they train their nervous system to recruit more muscle fibres.

Holy shit, do you know if it has benefits lifting without tightening grip? This past year I’ve been lifting without tightening my grip and just using my muscles to move the weight. Please tell me I haven’t gymcelled for nothing
