When I see physiques/bodies of current action stars/celebs it doesn't pump me up and inspire me. I'm like whatever....
But when I see old school action stars bodies I'm like holy shit I want to be him. I will post pics below
Old School Action Heroes (i'm gonna leave out Arnold because he's fucking 7 times mr olympia): LOOKS FUCKING EPIC AND AWESOME
Current celebs/action stars:
Looks like just one of those random dudes on insta etc. Just lacks a certain punch, and looks forgettable. But when u see a bodypart of stallone u know its him
its not even a competition, the old school guys looked way better, the current celebrity bodies look like the same cookie cutter shit.
Maybe it's because most old school guys were 5 9?
Or maybe it's because of the bench press. Look at their chest it's so puffy but lacks that armor plateish greek god look, which would be mostly achieved my incline bench press. And I think it lacks proportion they just try to build size without keeping proportions in mind (for example neck should equal to calves equal to biceps)
Maybe it's because old school action heroes were manlier which meant higher t which meant better insertions/shoulder to waist? idk
extra:
my body r now
i still need to lose 6-7 kg to get shredded fuaark
(maybe I'm biased cuz I look more like the old school guys than the 6 2 gigachads of the action movies today)
