This is a theory I have discussed with @curlyheadjames once. He believes that Richard Ramirez never did any crimes, and it was all an act. The reasoning behind it is unknown, but its some type of jewish propaganda....

Basically, Richard Ramirez was multiple people, none of them did any crimes.
