Movements were not enough + also needed a genioplasty.

A lot of people don't care for the aesthetics this guy could of just had a functional issue that he wanted fixed.

Also surgeons needs to understand if the patient can handle real change in their face and not trigger BDD body dysmorphia. So subtle is better for them.
