Why do a lot of LTNs/MTNs become HTN for their age in their 30’s

For me a lot of it is because a lot of times they are babyfaced. And when they lose the fat and get more saggy skin in less supported areas they look better.

Plus beards and hair and grooming is more prioritized that age
