like I want a tall square chin and I have enough money but I cant find a surgeon who does them well, the only thing I can see them fixing is people who have a chin that isn't projected but it doesn't usually add width or heigh which is what I need. Has anyone seen any get an implant and it turns out like any of these?

i think it's a good idea to consult a surgeon and explain these wishes to him. bring these pics. most surgeons aren't trying to turn their patients into marvel superheroes on a regular basis but do have the skills to help u with it if u'd like that. if not, they can always refer u to someone they know that would be able to do this

my personal opinion is that the best surgeon is most likely in your own country. simply cuz u need that surgeon if there are any complications. the bigger the barrier to contact him post-op the bigger the risk that it won't heal well.
recently had my jaw done in my country and when u are healing even that 1h30 drive felt like hell. so go easy on urself
