Why do all people with buzz cuts look short

Yea hair adds a little bit at your height. But I mean that It changes them completly. I just saw a guy who had ling hair and he is 190 cm 6 ft 2 and now he looks 160 5ft 2.
And why would you even get a buzz cut??

Buzz cut looks good if you have a good bone foot structure like Marlon. If you have a recessed chin and huge fourhead there is no reason to get that.
