Because most Asians live in Blue states like California, Hawaii, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Washington, etc. and they mostly live in urban or suburban areas in every state including Texas and Georgia.

Viets are the most conservative Asians but even the Millennial/Gen Z Viets are becoming more Democrat.

Also, there's been a major shift of colleged educated people flocking to Dems and Liberals and Asians/Indians are the most educated group in the U.S. so that plays a major role too.
