Why do babies stare at me?

I go out, do anything (like sitting or walking), and I start to feel like someone is watching me.
I turn and see a cheeky and tender baby, looking into my soul with his/her big eyes (sometimes they smile at me, sometimes they just keep looking at me as if I were something out of this world).
This has happened to me my whole life, my mom and my oneitis are witnesses of this.
I don't know if it's because they detect that I'm an abused dog from kilometers away or because I heightmog their parents.
