i get that. i'm just talking about a slight but noticable protrusion. the upper teeth at the front protrude more compared to the lower front teeth with blacks than with whites. that will have an effect on the appearance of the lips.

Because they have no Neanderthal DNA, most Negroids don't have Neanderthal DNA excluding East Africans, AAs, & New World Blacks. Brow ridge is a leftover ancient trait that Neanderthals had that they passed on to their offspring: Europeans/Australian Aborigines. The reason that East Asians have no brow ridge at all is because they have additional Denisovan DNA, which is also why they're pancake faced. Brow ridge is needed to reinforce the facial bones not protection from the sunlight btw.
