Why do blacks have such a wide range of PSL?

Seems like I rarely ever see black normies , why are a lot of blacks either Tyrones or look like shit?
This guy literally looks like a PSL God and there a lot of blacks with mogger bones like that but just as many who are Legit subhumans why does no other race have such a wide range ?

That’s pretty much every race, we tend to look more on the opposite ends of the spectrum than what is actually average.

i think that the attractiveness is a bell curve just like everyone else. but one that never reaches the same maximums as whites and mixed race people.

black people can vary widely because there are so many different types of black people and they can mix with other races ancestrally.

West-indian black people for an example are often seen as different from african americans because a lot of them are mixed with asian, indian, and maybe jewish.

African american blacks can vary because a lot of them are actually 1/4 white.

East African black people like the Somali's and Ethiopians are mixed with Arab ancestry.

This is the soldier btw , do you guys think a lot of blacks have good bone structure because I do actually seem to see a lot but it is not discussed as much as white peoples with good bones
