Russia has a higher homicide rate than Angola.

El Salvador has very little Blacks and was one of the most violent countries on Earth before Bukele locked the masses up.

There's some truth to what you say, especially as it pertains to the U.S. but it's more complex than that.

Hell, when I was traveling in Spain, it was actually Latinos, Arabs, Gypsies, and Albanians who had a worse rep for criminality and violence than Africans.
