Bro I think the idea is to make browridge protrude more and to lower the eyebrows if possible, not to manipulate the eye area

Browridge implants+moderate fat graft is a very good way to fix UEE, but most people JUST get Browridge implants and think that is enough.

When I was like 10-12 I had fat that cover my UEE then I become too much skinny I guess (like 12% body fat) and i lost the fat in that area, the same surgeon that i go to do a bimax can do fat graft aswell... is the procedure safe to do it like fillers?

Yes. It would be your own fat. Safer than fillers tbh.
