I've seen people having normal eyes when younger and then as they age, their undereye support gets worse and develops into bug eyes

what do you mean as they age like from birth to end of puberty or from young adult to old adult

the fat pad below your eyes sags down to your nasolabial fold.

lower skin elasticity around the eyes
bone loss in the eye sockets
fat pads shift like orc said
muscle weakening

so this is just a normal aging phenomenon or it could be prevented

its a normal aging phenomenon. All you can do is minimize it by taking care of it earlier in life, but I don't think you can really prevent it completely, unless we somehow find a way to biohack our dna and hinder bone loss/collagen loss, etc

Some people say taking supplements like vitamin k2 helps with preserving bone density. Im not sure
for fat pads - you cant prevent it, you can reverse it with fat grafts
muscle weaking - facial exercises unironically and electrostimulation
skin elasticity - laser, radiofreq, etc. You can minimize damage by avoiding sun damage + lower stress

there's this actor that I request you look up
Salman Khan
look him up in his prime and his eyes now. Also his side profile. What do you think is the problem with his eye area. If you want I can send the pictures here

Now
His eyes appear so toad like it just looks weird to me
ok in his prime, he already had bug eyes but genetically (not from aging)
So he already had recessed orbital bones but they got even more recessed with age
Also his fat pads shifted towards his nasolabial folds area, creating that hollow look around his eyes
And his eye asymmetry/droopy eye look is the result of everything i said + muscle weaking and collagen/elastin loss

but fat pads/further bone loss has done the most damage in his case

he's also suspected of roid abuse
would that have contributed to it?

i red somewhere that long term roids can lower bone density, result in osteoporosis so maybe
and steroids fuck up collagen/elastin
and steroids change fat distribution so maybe it could have sped up the process
steroids are known for making you less youthful, so its def possible imo
but again ive never used steroids, just talking from what ive heard

there are multiple indicators, but its basically how the skin around the fissures of the eyes appear

Well projected orbital bones relative to the eyeball will result in a nice looking skin topology around the eyes
Blog bulging eyes what causes exophthalmos and how to treat it

take her for ex. Her eyeballs stick out too much relative to her eye sockets. Look at how there are deep indentations right next to the lateral parts of her eyeballs. This is where the lateral parts of the eye sockets are located.
Also, when the entire eye socket is recessed, the white parts of the eyeballs are much more visible, making the eye appear much bigger than they actually are.
The eyeball is not 'surrounded' by bone like it should be

Cosmetic Orbital Decompression Before and After Front View Patient 1 Dr Taban

furthermore, infraorbital recession results in a saggy lower eyelid. Pushing the infra forward and upward resuls in tighter lower eyelids/fuller looking under eye area

so basically
you can have bug eyes while still having deepset eyes

so basically

no, bug eyes and deepset eyes are the opposite
bug eyes is when the eye socket bone is set back relative to the eyeball
deepset eyes is when the eye socket bone is pushed forward relative to the eyeball

Now deepset eyes can be a result of either: eyeballs pushed back and/or bones pushed forward
Bug eyes can be a result of either: eyeballs pushed forward and/or bones pushed backwards

its just relative position btw eye socket and eyeball

ahh alright
just one more question
so deepset eyes bascially exist when you have a good browridge projection?

no you can have a projected browridge with bug eyes. lemme show you something

the blue part is the eye socket. The relative position of this part with the eyeball is how deep set the eye looks
The red part is the browridge

chico has a decent browridge with deep set eyes

oscar isaac has a more projected browridge than chico, but his eyes arent as deepset

attractive females often have deepset eyes but normal sized browridges like most females

is there a way to achieve chico's eye area?

lol it depends on your base.
But theoretically speaking, lets say you get multiple eye area surgeries you could (again, theoretically) get close
but it depends on your base
chico has a perfect eye area, mind you, its not just about depth of the eyeballs, there are so many factors
