Women have an overwhelming tendency to the crabs in the bucket and forced equalitarian (every has equal SMV) mindset to eradicate competition and try to distribute value equally (so the ones that aren't attractive can get just as much status or even more status than the good-looking ones without competing), thus necessitating putting down the hot girls and elevating the opposite-of-hot girls.
