Women will usually say hair is man's makeup whenever they're confronted about makeup.

First point is that, women typically has longer hair than men, if hair is a type of makeup then wouldnt women still be below us in such situation because their hair also plays a significant role in their looks ?

second point is hair is literally natural, its a part of your body and not by any means should be called 'frauding'. hair is no different to a facial expression for example, you may do certain facial expressions because it looks good, but its natural, its your body, are you frauding? no

Hair is a retarded argument, because it doesn't hide your natural features and the same argument could be made for them.

Beard I would say to some degree, as you can be a jawlet and hide your face with a beard. But it's still not artificial.
